Philosophy: At Bodyworks our intent is to help you to attain an optimal fitness level to achieve your goals. We concentrate on developing your strength, stability, mobility, balance, and endurance. We will focus on proper form and posture to ensure your safety. Our clients have a wide range of goals. Some are returning to a fitness program after an injury, improving their performance in a sport or activity, or simply looking to regain pain free movement to play with grandkids or work in the garden. There are no cookie cutter programs here, we get to know you, learn how you live and collect information through postural and movement assessments assuring the best results for you.

Sheila Bwint - massage therapist and personal trainer: Sheila has been working in the fitness and bodywork industry for over 20 Years. It has always been her goal to provide quality individualized care, working together with you to understand your specific goals and needs. She is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) as well as the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and is certified by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine).
Sheila strives to stay up to date with education and research in both Massage and Fitness, so that she can always offer the best and latest services to you. From stress and pain management, to overall strength and good health, she helps you reach your goals in a way that suits you and your lifestyle. |
